We helped Canada Life develop market leading insight into the relationship between clients and advisers and the behavioural science levers for better conversations​

The ‘Adviser Playbook’ is currently being developed into an education programme for advisers, and the marketing campaign will be launched later in 2023.

Audience behaviour change

As part of this project we deep dived into the “Dabblers’” journey, highlighting specific behavioural and psychological challenges that first time clients face in the early part of the advice journey. ​

This included identifying behaviour change drivers for different audiences.

Consumer Duty support

IB provided support to Canada Life in addressing the ‘behavioural bias’ aspects of Consumer Duty.

This included developing a psychological framework, auditing the comms optimisation process, and developing staff training
